Transaction Systems Introduces the New PAX Android POS in Technobank 2018, Serbia

With the new application, the commission will now be charged directly to the payee. The system provides multiple payment channels for citizens and business entities with every payment tracking option via unique transaction ID across GOV domains.  For the first time in Eastern Europe, citizens and businesses are able to pay on governmental accounts within treasury administration using payment cards where the merchant commission is covered by payee and not the merchant (government).

Transaction Systems announces new CEO

September 11, 2017, Moscow – Transaction Systems appoints Andrey Sokurenko as the new CEO of the company.

Andrey Sokurenko is an experienced executive and successful strategist possessing many years’ experience in international business development in the IT industry.

Andrey was born on February 6th, 1978, and graduated RUDN University in 2001. In 2004, he received his master’s degree in Business Management from the National Research University – Higher School of Economics of Moscow.

Andrey has been part of Kaspersky Lab team from 2006 to 2013, responsible for the expansion of sales channels for the b2c market in the countries of Western Europe, Middle East, Latin America and Africa.

He joined InfoWatch in 2013 as Director, International Business Development, engaged in international market analysis and development of global business strategy for G Data and InfoWatch companies. Under his management, the company established offices in Dubai and Kuala Lumpur and developed a partner network and customer database.

Andrey will focus on strengthening Transaction Systems’ position on the historical market of CIS countries, and on expanding business internationally. His main objectives are to evolve TRSYS’ international expertise in the acquiring market, enhance its brand recognition and product penetration in Southeast Europe.
