Andrey is in charge of the overall business and strategic planning of Transaction systems. His focus is on strengthening Transaction Systems’ position in the company’s historical market of CIS countries, as well as expanding its international business. His main objectives are to evolve TRSYS’ international expertise in the acquiring market, enhance its brand recognition and product penetration in Southeast Europe.
Andrey Sokurenko is an experienced executive and successful strategist possessing many years’ experience in international business development in the IT industry.
He received his master’s degree in Business Management from the National Research University – Higher School of Economics of Moscow.
Panagiotis ChalkiasManaging Director, International Business
International Business Unit
Responsible for Transaction Systems’ development and expansion to the European market. Panagiotis has more than 20 years of extensive commercial experience in the electronic payments space that includes delivering major growth to pan-European sales and revenue, opening profitable new markets, and establishing new companies from scratch;
He possesses a thorough understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of the retail payments ecosystem, as well as a wide network of contacts in the industry, including banks, processors, major retailers, international card schemes and most of the hardware and software vendors in the market.
Anton AnoshinHead of Sales
Anton is responsible for strengthening the company's position in the markets of the CIS countries: Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Abkhazia, Belarus.
He aims to expand the product portfolio through new products and services. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the area of sales and management, mainly in the field of information technology. His professional achievements include company development and building the business from scratch.
He graduated from the faculty of Mathematics and Systems Engineering of the Nizhny Novgorod State University. His aspiration for the development and achievement of the set goals stimulated him to acquire additional knowledge in different areas from system administrator to negotiator.
Anton pays great attention to the synergy between technological leadership and the highest level of client’s loyalty.
Dmitry KorolHead of Kiev office

Responsible for maintaining and development of Transaction Systems sales strategy in the markets of Ukraine and Moldova.
Dmitry’s appreciation for education and his aspiration to meet challenges enabled him to develop from a software developer to an experienced manager with 30 years of practice. Dmitry is doing his best to bring maximum efficiency to the business, pays huge attention to quality control and operational excellence, as well as to the development of an efficient HR policy. He is convinced that the real breakthrough in business is achieved not by people but by a strong team.
He has graduated from the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, and has received a degree in Foreign Economic Activity Management and an MBA degree from the IMI-Kiev Business School.

Irina is responsible for sales strategy and customer relationship management in the Trans-Caucasian region
She has more than 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing in large commercial companies, which has allowed her to obtain comprehensive expertise and understanding of payment systems, and valuable experience in managing complicated regional projects.
Irina has graduated from the Tbilisi State University with two degrees - in Foreign Relations and in Economics and obtained an iMBA from the University of Virginia / Darden, Coursera.
Dinara MakinaHead of Kazakhstan office

Dinara is responsible for the maintenance and development of Transaction Systems’ sales strategy in Kazakhstan. Fifteen years management experience in sales, marketing and implementation of IT projects enables Dinara to effectively organize teamwork, solve strategic tasks and enable business development.
Being self-motivated and goal-oriented Dinara has evolved from a middle manager to a highly professional executive. She is involved in the IT industry since 2008. Dinara is an organizer, speaker and member of several key conferences covering the topic of Kazakhstan IT industry development.
She has a degree from the Almaty Technology University in International Economic Relations, and two MBA degrees from: the International Business University of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship, and from Moscow’s International Higher Business School MIRBIS in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship
Miha CulibergRegional Sales Director

Miha has a goal to establish and grow Transaction Systems’ presence in the South-East European market. With his business development background in Telecommunications and Financial sectors, Miha tries to identify and connect different players in the financial services ecosystem.
He has more than 15 years of international experience in the financial services & telecommunications industries, focusing on business development in the Central and South Eastern Europe, Nordics, Southeast Asia and Middle East regions. Miha served on several management positions in different regional leading organizations in the financial services industry. Throughout his professional life, Miha gained extensive knowledge of SW and HW solutions that are helping our customers grow in a very competitive Financial services industry.
Miha has graduated from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Law and earned his master degree in Business Administration from the IMADEC University in Vienna.
Sylvia TrakadaMarketing Director
Sylvia’s primary focus is to enhance Transaction Systems’ brand awareness and to continuously help drive business results. She is responsible for the marketing and communication efforts of Transaction Systems International, managing and overseeing events, sponsorships, media relations, advertising, branding and website development.
She has more than 15 years of business-to-business international marketing and communications experience in the IT sector. Prior to joining Transaction Systems, she served as the Marketing Manager for CA Technologies in Southeastern Europe, Russia & CIS, while her work experience includes regional IT systems’ integrators such as Printec Group as well as multinational organizations such as Oracle and HSBC Bank.
Sylvia holds a B.A. in English Language from the University of Athens and an MBA from the University of Piraeus. She is a certified Sustainability Practitioner (CSR-P).
Tatjana NovakRegional Sales Director, Transaction Systems
Tatjana Novak has been in the financial services industry for more than 25 years, with a wide experience on Card Business and Payments. She joined Transaction Systems in June 2019 as the Regional Sales Director, responsible for sales activities in Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, BiH, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Kosovo. She started her career in Varaždinska Banka in the IT division as a programmer and later on assumed responsibility for the implementation of the Card Processing System and the Card Processing Services.
From 2002 to 2011 she has held several positions in Hypo Group Alpe Adria: Head of Group Card Processing Centre, Group Card Business Manager and Head of Group Product Management for Private individuals and SME segments. Prior to her position at Transaction Systems, for the past seven years, Tatjana was the Chief Business Officer at Intesa Sanpaolo Card, later MPSI. Tatjana has a BSc from the Faculty of Organization and Informatics Varaždin of Zagreb University
Janos OnoferSales Director
Janos is responsible for the sales and customer relationship management in the Hungarian market. He has more than 15 years’ experience in sales and marketing in large commercial companies, such as Coca Cola Hungary, Sara Lee Douwe Egberts, Auchan Hungary, Ingenico Hungary etc.
He has a degree in Economics from the Budapest Foreign Trade University.
Elena KalaevaSales Manager
Europe, Baltics, Africa & Middle East
As Sales Manager with 5 years of international business experience in the e-payments industry, Elena Kalaeva is responsible for driving international sales for Transaction Systems, with a focus on growing the company’s client base in regions such as Europe (Portugal, Albania, Bulgaria) the Baltic countries, Africa, and the Middle East. She has profound knowledge in sales of software solutions, key account management and support, as well as a successful track record of recognized sales achievements in the high-tech industry. Prior to joining the TRSYS International Sales Team, Elena was working for Inpas’ International Business team and RSI Bank.
Helena is a graduate of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, with a Masters Degree in International Economic Relations.
She speaks fluently English and French, and has just started learning Mandarin.
